The Val Verde County Library has three designated Study Rooms: Amistad, Mockingbird, and Bluebonnet. Each room has a table, 6 chairs, a whiteboard, a TV screen, and Wi-Fi access. Food is not permitted in the Study Rooms, although a covered beverage is allowed.
The Study Rooms are only accessible during regular Library hours, and reservations for the Study Room must be made the day the reservation is needed. Users must check in with the Circulation Desk prior to using a Study Room to prevent any conflicting schedules.
As with the policy for all other areas of the Val Verde County Library, soliciting or conduction for-profit business is strictly prohibited in the Study Rooms.
Patrons are encouraged to bring their own dry-erase markers and erasers as the Library does not provide these items.
If you would like to reserve a study room, please call us the day of at (830) 774-7595.
