VAL VERDE COUNTY CLERK ELECTIONS DEPARTMENT MISSION STATEMENT
The Val Verde County Clerk Elections Department is committed to upholding the democratic rights of eligible voters by providing a fair, accurate and secure election process in a transparent manner that is in accordance with state and federal laws. It is our mission to ensure the accessibility to all voters while maintaining the integrity of the electoral process.
As of August 24, 2026, voter registration duties were transferred to the Val Verde County Clerk Office. The Val Verde County Clerk is now the voter registrar and the elections administrator for the county. It is the goal of the Val Verde County Clerk Office to serve the public with accurate voter registration operations that uphold the rights of all eligible voters and a reliable, transparent election process.
